Sacchetto Prapian Col de L'Utia Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Biologico Brut DOCG 11.5% (0.75 l bottle) is a high-quality organic Prosecco Superiore from the prestigious Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wine-growing region in Veneto. The long-established Sacchetto winery produces this elegant sparkling wine in the Prapian vineyard near Tarzo-Valdobbiadene, right in the heart of the world-famous Prosecco region. The vineyards are managed in accordance with the guidelines of organic viticulture. The Glera grapes are harvested by hand, with particular emphasis placed on treating nature, the landscape and biodiversity with respect.
Following the careful hand-harvest, the grapes are gently pressed in a horizontal press. The clarified must ferments under temperature-controlled conditions, ensuring that the fresh fruit and delicate aromas are optimally preserved. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions and, after bottling, gains further harmony through bottle ageing. The Sacchetto Prapian Col de L’Utia Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Biologico Brut DOCG impresses with its elegant structure, lively freshness and dry character. When stored under optimal conditions, it has an ageing potential of around 14 to 18 months, though it remains particularly expressive and fresh, especially in its youth.

Tasting Note
In the glass, the Sacchetto Prapian Col de L'Utia Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Biologico Brut DOCG appears pale straw-yellow with slightly greenish highlights and a fine, persistent effervescence. On the nose, fruity aromas of Golden Delicious unfold, accompanied by elegant acacia blossom. On the palate, the Prosecco is fresh, dry and clearly structured, with harmonious acidity and subtle minerality. The finish is elegant, pleasantly dry and characterised by a fresh aftertaste.

This organic Prosecco Superiore DOCG is also an excellent choice for light Mediterranean dishes or festive occasions. Served at 6–8 °C, it reveals its delicate aromas and elegant effervescence to particular effect.
