Available in a 0.75-litre bottle, this sparkling speciality offers a stylish alternative to classic sparkling wine and is ideal for anyone who wishes to avoid alcohol without compromising on elegance and enjoyment. The cuvée is made from various white grape varieties, whose grapes are harvested from late August to early September and then vinified using traditional winemaking methods. This produces a high-quality base wine, which serves as the foundation for this non-alcoholic sparkling drink and preserves the typical character of Italian sparkling wines.


For the dealcoholisation process, Villa Sandi utilises innovative spinning cone technology with gentle vacuum distillation. First, the base wine’s natural aromas are extracted at low temperatures and stored separately. The alcohol is then removed from the wine before the previously extracted aromas are added back in. This modern process helps to preserve the original aromas and the variety-typical character to a large extent. The result is an elegant non-alcoholic sparkling drink with a fine perlage, which is ideal as a non-alcoholic aperitif, for festive occasions, brunch, garden parties or special moments of indulgence, and which, when served chilled, conveys the authentic character of an Italian sparkling wine.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Villa Sandi Il Fresco 0% Alcohol Zero presents a very pale straw-yellow colour with delicate greenish highlights. On the nose, fresh aromas of apple, white peach and subtle elderflower unfold. On the palate, this non-alcoholic sparkling drink is pleasantly light, with a subtle sweetness perfectly balanced by a lively freshness. The finish is elegant, harmonious and pleasantly fresh, with the fine effervescence stylishly rounding off the overall impression.
