The Tschermonegg Gelber Muskateller Südsteiermark DAC 2025, 12% vol., in a 0.75-litre bottle, is an aromatic Austrian white wine from the renowned Südsteiermark DAC region. The Tschermonegg Winery is synonymous with natural viticulture, meticulous craftsmanship and wines with a distinct sense of terroir. The Gelber Muskateller grape variety is one of the hallmarks of South Styria and, on the region’s mineral-rich soils, produces particularly expressive and elegant wines. The South Styria DAC designation guarantees a wine typical of the region with an unmistakable regional character.
The 2025 vintage impresses with its lively freshness, delicate minerality and intense aromas. The grapes are carefully selected and matured in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, ensuring that the variety’s typical fruit and floral aromas are optimally preserved. With an alcohol content of 12 % vol., this Gelber Muskateller is light-footed, harmonious and extremely enjoyable to drink. Tasting Note
In the glass, the Tschermonegg Gelber Muskateller Südsteiermark DAC 2025 appears a pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of nutmeg, elderflower, citrus fruits and white blossoms unfold, accompanied by subtle exotic notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy and elegant, with lively acidity, subtle minerality and harmonious fruit. The finish is aromatic, refreshing and pleasantly long-lasting.
The Tschermonegg Gelber Muskateller Südsteiermark DAC 2025 pairs superbly with light starters, salads, fish, seafood and Asian dishes. This Styrian white wine is also an excellent choice with asparagus, mild goat’s cheese or as an elegant aperitif.
