Ron Barceló DORADO Añejado Ron Dominicano 37.5% is an approachable and versatile rum from the Dominican Republic, designed specifically for use in cocktails and long drinks. It is produced by the long-established Ron Barceló brand, whose history dates back to 1930. For the Barceló Dorado, selected rum components that have been naturally aged for up to two years are blended together. The rum is aged in American oak casks that previously contained bourbon, which gives it additional warmth, subtle woody notes and a delicate sweetness. Its intense golden amber colour emphasises the classic character of this ‘Añejado’ bottling and hints at its cask ageing.
