Traditional methods and 100% natural ingredients

Ron Barceló is made from 100% natural sugar cane juice, grown on the company’s own plantations in the fertile soils of the Dominican Republic without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers. As the only Dominican rum brand to use exclusively sugar cane juice from its own plantations, Barceló guarantees exceptional quality and authenticity.

Barceló rum is produced using traditional distillation methods and modern techniques such as the vacuum process in column stills to preserve the aromas of the sugar cane as effectively as possible. This special distillation method ensures the rum’s unique complexity and purity. After distillation, the rum is aged in various wooden casks, which contributes to the additional depth and characteristic flavour of the final product.

• 50 ml Barceló Imperial
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes

Barceló Gran Añejo Mojito

• 50 ml Barceló Gran Añejo
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 tsp sugar
• 100 ml Sodawasser

Barceló Imperial Onyx Manhattan

• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
