Tasting Note

In the glass, the KRISPEL Chardonnay Straden Vulkanland Steiermark DAC 2024 presents itself in a pale golden-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of red apple and blossom nectar unfold, accompanied by delicate smoky nuances and, later, hints of clove and allspice. On the palate, the Chardonnay is dry, spicy and salty, with an initial delicate opulence, a harmonious medium body and finely integrated acidity. The finish is mineral, elegant and pleasantly long-lasting.
