The Polz Steirischer Spiegel Steiermark 2025 11.5% is a fresh, light-bodied white wine blend from Styria that offers a multifaceted impression of the South Styrian terroir. In the 0.75 l bottle, the Polz winery blends 60 % Sauvignon Blanc, 35 % Riesling and 5 % Müller-Thurgau to create a harmonious Austrian white wine. The vines grow on varied soils comprising shell limestone, loam, sand, calcareous marl and slate, which reflect the region’s unique diversity. The 2025 vintage is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness, fruit and distinct character of the three grape varieties. The wine is bottled with a practical screw cap.


The Polz Steirischer Spiegel 2025 embodies the unpretentious, lively pleasure of Styrian white wine, combining the expressiveness of Sauvignon Blanc with the freshness of Riesling and the approachable nature of Müller-Thurgau. In the glass, the Polz Steirischer Spiegel Steiermark 2025 appears clear, with a radiant greenish-yellow colour. On the nose, there are intense floral aromas, accompanied by youthful notes of citrus fruits and peach. On the palate, the cuvée is fresh and light-footed, with lively acidity and a pleasantly juicy texture. The finish is invigorating, fresh and harmonious.
