In the 0.75-litre bottle, the Polz Winery combines white grape juice with a finely balanced blend of natural herbal extracts and added carbonation. The grape juice provides body, structure, a subtle sweetness and fruity notes, whilst the herbal extracts contribute freshness and a pleasantly integrated bitterness. On the palate, it is refreshing and harmonious, with subtle sweetness, gentle acidity and a pleasantly integrated bitterness that adds depth. The finish is fresh, balanced and invigorating.

Polz Frizzante 0.0 should be enjoyed well chilled at a serving temperature of 6–8 °C.
