NikStiv Grüner Veltliner & Müller-Thurgau Alcohol-Free is an alcohol-free, histamine-free and carbonated soft drink made from verjus, combining Austrian winemaking tradition with innovative winemaking techniques. In the 0.75-litre bottle, NikStiv is made from carefully selected grapes of the Grüner Veltliner and Müller-Thurgau varieties. This speciality was developed by the two young oenologists Stefan and Niki from Stefanshof, who transformed traditional verjus into a modern, sparkling alternative. After processing, NikStiv is carbonated and then bottled using cold pasteurisation, which preserves its fresh and approachable character. It is particularly worth noting that NikStiv is produced without alcohol, histamine or sulphur dioxide.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the NikStiv Grüner Veltliner & Müller Thurgau alcohol-free appears light and clear, with a lively, delicately sparkling effervescence. On the nose, it reveals a delicate, fresh aroma of grapes and fruit. On the palate, it is easy-drinking and refreshing, with a lively acidity that lends the drink vibrancy and structure. The finish is fresh, invigorating and pleasantly crisp.

NikStiv non-alcoholic should be enjoyed well chilled at a serving temperature of 6–8 °C and is particularly suitable as a non-alcoholic aperitif. It pairs well with light starters, finger food, summery salads, mild cheeses and simple cold dishes. It is also a suitable non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative for toasting at birthdays, receptions, garden parties or other social occasions.
