Tipsy Tanuki Matcha Strawberry Liqueur combines two distinctive flavours in a modern, creamy liqueur: authentic matcha powder meets the fruity character of strawberries. Matcha has long since moved beyond traditional Japanese tea culture to become a popular ingredient in matcha lattes, ice cream, desserts and modern drinks. Tipsy Tanuki embraces this trend and, in this variant, combines it with strawberry to create an exceptional matcha liqueur with an alcohol content of 15 per cent. The recipe is vegan and gluten-free; it contains soya and colourings, and therefore does not require traditional cream as a base. Due to the matcha powder it contains, the 0.5-litre bottle should be shaken well before serving.

The Tipsy Tanuki Matcha Strawberry Liqueur should be shaken well before serving and then enjoyed chilled, either neat or on the rocks. It is particularly well suited to creamy cocktails and matcha drinks, or as an unusual ingredient in desserts.
