The Signatory Vintage KNOCKANDO 15 Years Old Cask Strength Collection #6 2010 is a strictly limited-edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Signatory Vintage’s renowned Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was distilled at the Knockando Distillery in 2010 and, after a total of 15 years’ maturation, was bottled as a single cask in 2026. For Cask #6, a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead finish was used, which lends the elegant and fruit-forward character of the Knockando distillate additional depth and an intense sherry cask influence. The whisky was bottled at a robust 54.4 per cent in natural cask strength, without being diluted to a standard drinking strength.

This bottling is of particular interest to lovers of authentic single cask whiskies, as only 343 bottles were produced from Cask #6. Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland’s established independent bottlers and presents selected single casks as unadulterated as possible in its Cask Strength Collection. Tasting Note

Colour: Rich amber with coppery highlights.

Nose: Ripe pears, baked apples and honeyed malt, accompanied by raisins, orange peel, vanilla and toasted nuts.

Palate: Full-bodied, creamy and complex, with dried fruit, caramel and dark chocolate, as well as fruit, malt, cinnamon and subtle oak notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and warming, with raisins, orange zest, honeyed malt, toasted nuts and spicy sherry cask notes.

Due to its natural cask strength, the Signatory Vintage Knockando 15 Years Cask #6 is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at around 18–20 °C. A few drops of still water can be added to unlock further aromas at 54.4% and to adjust the intensity to suit individual taste. Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, walnuts or dried figs pair well with its Oloroso-influenced character. With a limited run of 343 bottles and its tin box, this bottling is also ideal for collectors and makes a special gift for enthusiasts of independent Speyside bottlings.
