Schladerer Black Forest Kirsch is a traditional cherry brandy from the Black Forest, produced by the renowned family-run Schladerer distillery in Staufen im Breisgau. Carefully selected cherries from the region are used to make this classic Black Forest speciality, with Schladerer placing great emphasis on the quality and optimal ripeness of the fruit. After harvesting, the cherries are mashed and fermented before the mash is gently distilled.
