The history of Distilleries et Domaines de Provence is closely linked to the herbal and distilling traditions of Provence. The 55 per cent ABV bottling is suitable both for traditional preparation with water and as an intense ingredient in classic and modern cocktails. This Absente absinthe from France is available in a 0.7-litre bottle, complete with a gift box, making it an ideal present for lovers of classic herbal spirits.
