Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden to coppery highlights.

Palate: Full-bodied and powerful with tropical fruit, caramelised notes, vanilla and warm spices, as well as a distinctive, matured oak character.

Finish: Long-lasting and spicy with ripe fruit, toasted notes and a dry, lingering oakiness.

Due to its age and limited edition status, the Planteray Fiji Islands 2012 Oceana Collection is particularly recommended for enjoying neat at around 18 to 20 °C.
