Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel is best savoured slowly, neat at room temperature, although a few drops of still water at 65% ABV beautifully bring out additional flavours. Its powerful profile pairs excellently with grilled rib-eye steak, slow-braised beef, mature Cheddar or roasted pecans. For a delightful finish, dark chocolate, pecan pie, crème brûlée or desserts featuring caramel and toasted nuts harmonise particularly well with the vanilla and oak notes.
