The Paladin Prosecco Dry Tondo DOC, 11% ABV, in a 0.75 l bottle, embodies the elegant and approachable side of Italian Prosecco. The long-established Paladin winery produces this Prosecco DOC from carefully selected Glera grapes, combining traditional winemaking skills with modern cellar techniques. The name ‘Tondo’ refers to the particularly harmonious and smooth character of this sparkling wine, which is characterised by its balance and pleasant freshness.


The grapes come from selected vineyards, whose fruit is prized for its natural sweetness and distinctive aromas. During production, the second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 13 °C, resulting in a fine and particularly soft perlage. Before the second fermentation, around 10% Glera must is added, followed by approximately 40 days’ contact with the lees, which lends additional complexity and finesse. With a residual sugar content of around 21 g/l, this Dry Prosecco is pleasantly harmonious and approachable. Its moderate alcohol content of 11% emphasises its lightness and makes it a versatile choice for a wide range of occasions. As an internationally acclaimed example of Italian sparkling wine culture, this Prosecco from Veneto is ideal both as an aperitif and for convivial moments of enjoyment.

Tasting Note

The balanced acidity provides structure and makes it easy to drink. The finish is fresh, lingering and pleasantly lively.
