Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Fresh malty notes, ripe apples, honey and a subtle sherry sweetness with a hint of caramel.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with notes of vanilla, oak, dried fruit and a hint of spicy nutmeg.

Finish: Medium-length, slightly dry with a delicate sweetness and gentle woody notes.
