The Tiroler Kräuterdestillerie’s Tiroler Zirben Liqueur, 35% vol., 0.35 l, is a traditional Austrian speciality, produced with great care by the Tiroler Kräuterdestillerie. The distillery has been renowned for many years for the production of high-quality fine spirits, liqueurs and herbal specialities, and attaches particular importance to the use of regional raw materials and traditional craftsmanship.


This Swiss stone pine liqueur is made from the cones of the Swiss stone pine, also known as the ‘Queen of the Alps’. The Swiss stone pine cones, which grow in the Tyrolean Alps, are gently processed and macerated in fine alcohol, allowing the characteristic resinous, herbal and woody notes to infuse the liqueur. The result is an aromatic, spicy-sweet liqueur with a high alcohol content of 35 % vol., which captures Alpine tradition in liquid form. Presented in a handy 0.35-litre bottle, it is ideal for sampling or as a gift.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark reddish-brown.

Nose: Intensely resinous with notes of fresh wood, herbs and a spicy sweetness.

Palate: Full-bodied and robust with typical pine aromas, subtle resinous notes and a balanced sweetness.

Finish: Spicy, long-lasting and warming.

This Tyrolean Swiss stone pine liqueur is ideal for enjoying neat, preferably slightly chilled or at room temperature.
