Hendrick's Gin, produced by the renowned company William Grant & Sons, is one of the most innovative gins in the world. Produced in the UK, Hendrick’s perfectly combines the tradition of artisanal distilling with modern creativity, thereby setting new standards in the spirits industry.

The production of Hendrick’s Gin is deliberately unconventional and may seem inefficient – yet it is precisely this approach that makes it a true original. The process begins with the creation of two gins, which are ultimately blended to form a harmonious meisterwerk.

The first, a pot still gin distilled in a traditional still, impresses with its full-bodied character and complex aromas. The second, distilled in the modern Carter-Head still, contributes delicate, mellow notes. Both gins are distilled using a select blend of eleven carefully chosen botanicals, including chamomile, elderflower, juniper, citrus peel, angelica, coriander and cubeb berries.

This gin is rounded off with the addition of rose and cucumber essences, which lend it its distinctive, refreshingly light yet complex aroma.

Tasting Note

Colour: Clear.

Nose: Mild, floral, earthy, citrus fruits, juniper berries, a hint of fennel and liquorice.

Palate: Peppery, spicy, tart, roses, cucumber.

Finish: Long-lasting, light, fresh, dry, cucumber, citrus notes.

This gin is best enjoyed neat or with water. A slice of cucumber in the glass brings out its distinctive flavours.
