Amrut Distilleries Private Limited is a company belonging to the N.R. Jagdale Group, one of the oldest industrial groups in India, which is also known as the Silicon Valley of India.
The group was founded in 1948 by Mr Radhakrishna Jagdale, initially as a small spirits blending and bottling plant.
The name ‘Fusion’ takes centre stage in this bottling, as it harmoniously combines unpeated Indian barley with peated Scottish barley. First, the two types of barley are matured separately in bourbon casks for four years each.
They are then carefully blended together and matured for a further 3 months in bourbon casks.

Tasting Note
Colour: Gold.
Nose: Rich, complex, oak, barley sugar, soft smoke.
Palate: Full-bodied, smoke, peat, notes of sherry, oak, vanilla, fruit, barley, chocolate.
Finish: Long-lasting, dry peat.
