The Hierbas Túnel de Mallorca Mezcladas Medium Dry 30% Vol. 0.7 l is a traditional herbal liqueur from the island of Mallorca, which has been produced with great care for generations. It is produced by the renowned Antonio Nadal distillery, which was founded in 1898 and is now one of the best-known producers of Mallorcan liqueurs. The name "Hierbas" translates as "herbs" and refers to the aromatic diversity that characterises this liqueur.
Over 30 different Mediterranean herbs and plants are used for Hierbas Túnel Mezcladas Medium Dry, including aniseed, rosemary, thyme, orange and lemon peel. The ingredients are macerated in alcohol and give the liqueur its unmistakable, balanced flavour between sweetness and herbal spice. The "Mezcladas Medium Dry" variant is the medium version within the Túnel range and offers a harmonious balance between the sweetness of the Hierbas Dulces and the drier flavour of the Hierbas Secas. With an alcohol content of 30% by volume, it is aromatic, round and balanced.
This herbal liqueur is deeply rooted in Mallorcan culture and is traditionally enjoyed after meals or on social occasions.

Colour: Light gold with greenish reflections.
Nose: Intensely herbal and spicy, with aniseed, Mediterranean herbs, citrus and a slight sweetness.
Flavour: Aromatic and smooth, characterised by aniseed, rosemary, thyme, citrus notes and a fine herbal bitterness.
Finish: Langs, balanced and herbal-fresh.
Hierbas Túnel de Mallorca Mezcladas Medium Dry is traditionally served neat and well chilled, often as a digestif after a meal. It is also an excellent accompaniment to Mallorcan tapas, grilled fish or Mediterranean starters. It also shows its versatility as a sophisticated ingredient in cocktails or over crushed ice.
