Redbreast 15 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is one of the most renowned expressions in the long-established Redbreast range and embodies the fine art of Irish whisky-making in a particularly elegant form. Like all Redbreast bottlings, the 15-year-old is based on a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which is processed using the classic single pot still method and then triple-distilled in copper pot stills. Nose: Ripe fruit, Oloroso sherry, spices, toasted wood and a subtle sweetness.

Palate: Full-bodied, creamy and complex; dark fruits, spicy oak, dried fruits, vanilla and a subtle nuttiness.
