Description
Bols Natural Yoghurt Liqueur 15% ABV 0.7 l online kaufen
Bols Natural Yoghurt Liqueur is a unique yoghurt-based liqueur characterised by its creamy texture, slight acidity and natural freshness. Produced by Bols, one of the world’s oldest liqueur brands, this liqueur combines the tradition of distillation with modern flavours. Bols has been developing innovative liqueurs since 1575, using only high-quality natural ingredients.
Unlike conventional cream liqueurs, Bols Natural Yoghurt contains no heavy, overly sweet flavours, but offers a light, refreshing base that is perfect for cocktails and mixed drinks. Its natural yoghurt flavour, with a subtle hint of lactic acid, lends drinks a smooth, balanced flavour that harmonises with both fruity and sweet ingredients.
With its refreshing, creamy texture and naturally mild yoghurt flavour, Bols Natural Yoghurt Liqueur is a creative and versatile addition to any bar – ideal for modern cocktails and unusual flavour combinations!
Tasting Note
Colour: Milky white.
Nose: Fresh yoghurt aromas, a hint of lactic acid, subtle sweetness.
Palate: Creamy, slightly tart, well-balanced sweetness, natural yoghurt flavour with a delicate mildness.
Finish: Smooth, pleasantly fresh, slightly fruity with a delicate sweetness.
Bols Natural Yoghurt Liqueur is perfect for fruity cocktails and dessert drinks. It pairs superbly with berries, tropical fruits and chocolatey elements. It is particularly popular when combined with strawberries, mango or passion fruit.
It can be enjoyed neat over ice or mixed with fruit juices. It also works a treat as a base for creamy cocktails such as the Yoghurt Colada (with pineapple and coconut) or the Strawberry Yoghurt Martini. In the kitchen, this liqueur can be used as a special ingredient in desserts, ice cream or baked goods.
