Tasting Note

Colour: Light amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel, slightly woody notes, tropical fruits.

Palate: Smooth and rounded, caramel, honey, subtle spice, a hint of coconut.

Finish: Medium-length, pleasantly sweet, with notes of vanilla and mild oak.

This rum is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Thanks to its smooth and slightly sweet notes, it also makes a perfect base for classic cocktails such as daiquiris, mojitos or rum sours. It also pairs well with nutty desserts, vanilla ice cream or milk chocolate, and can be enjoyed alongside mild cigars.
