Refinement is carried out according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The Brut vintage sparkling wine matures on the lees for at least 15 months, giving it depth, structure and elegance. The maturation gives the sparkling wine a multi-layered texture and a harmonious balance between freshness and maturity. This Austrian vintage sparkling wine also impresses with its vegan production and a particularly low histamine level of less than 0.1 mg/litre. The recommended drinking temperature of 8°C to 10°C and enjoyment in a wine glass ensure optimum development of the flavours and underline the high-quality character of this brut sparkling wine from Austria.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Schlumberger Sparkling Jahrgangssekt Brut is a muted golden yellow with lemon-coloured reflections. The nose reveals fragrant aromas of white peach and fresh mirabelle plums accompanied by elegant minerality. On the palate, the sparkling wine is harmonious and multi-layered with creamy yeast notes. The finish is balanced and long-lasting.
