Pulco lemon is a versatile ingredient for refreshing drinks such as homemade lemonades, iced teas or cocktails (e.g. Whiskey Sour, Gin Fizzers or Margarita). In the kitchen, lemon juice is ideal for refining dressings, marinades for fish and meat, Asian dishes or as a fruity flavouring in desserts and baked goods.

Mixing ratio: 1 part Pulco lemon to 5 to 6 parts liquid, depending on the desired intensity.

Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
