Pulco Lemon is a highly concentrated lemon juice with no added sugar, renowned for its intense freshness and natural citrus flavours. The high-quality fruit used in Pulco Lemon comes exclusively from the sunny and warm regions of Spain and Sicily, where it ripens under optimal conditions.
The juice is produced using a particularly gentle method, in which all the components of the whole fruit are carefully separated and the juice is gently pasteurised. In the kitchen, the lemon juice is ideal for enhancing dressings, marinades for fish and meat, Asian dishes, or as a fruity touch in desserts and baked goods.
Mixing ratio: 1 part Pulco Lemon to 5 to 6 parts liquid, depending on the desired intensity.
Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within 3 months.
