Colour: Golden amber colour.

Flavour: Full-bodied, balanced, with an intense smoky note, accompanied by sweet caramel, ripe apples, a light peppery note and salty sea notes.

Finish: Langs and warming, with a smoky, maritime finish that fades gently, leaving behind the flavours of peat and vanilla.

Caol Ila 18 Years Old is an excellent accompaniment to strong dishes such as grilled meat, smoked fish or mature cheese.
