Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Intense notes of peaty smoke, earthy ash and medicinal notes, accompanied by sweet vanilla, dark dried fruit and a hint of oaky spice.

Palate: Full-bodied, powerful, with spicy peaty smoke, notes of leather, caramel, honey, sherry fruit, dark chocolate and a subtle peppery edge.

Finish: Long, warming, smoky, slightly sweet with lingering notes of oak and spice.
