The combination of ex-bourbon casks, American oak casks and ex-sherry casks gives this single malt exceptional depth and complexity. The bourbon casks impart sweet notes of vanilla and caramel, the American oak lends it a subtle spiciness, whilst the sherry casks add fruity and slightly nutty flavours.

Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Fruity notes of pears, apples and dried apricots, accompanied by vanilla, honey and a gentle hint of oak.

Palate: Soft and rounded, with sweet malt, caramel, toasted almonds, gentle spices and a delicate sherry sweetness.

Finish: Medium-length, pleasantly warming with a hint of vanilla, honey and subtle oak aromas.
