Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Sparkling Rosé is a non-alcoholic drink made from high-quality grape must. The skilful dosage of carbon dioxide, combined with the natural freshness of the grape must, creates a non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine that is strongly reminiscent of a traditional sparkling wine in its appearance and taste.

Tasting Note

Pale pink with a fine perlage in the glass. Refined, complex nose with floral fragrances and notes of must. Very soft and harmonious on the palate, elegant and lively with a pleasant flavour. Long and persistent on the finish.

Serving temperature: 4-5 °C.

The drink is ideal at any time of year. The Bottega Sparkling Rosé is also suitable for preparing cocktails. The non-alcoholic sparkling wine is recommended with various cheeses, desserts, pastries and dried fruit.
