The Deveron 10 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, 40 per cent ABV, in a 0.7-litre bottle presented in a gift box. It is produced at the Macduff Distillery in Scotland, which was founded in 1960 by four Scottish entrepreneurs. From the outset, the distillery adopted a pragmatic approach to whisky production, relying, amongst other things, on shell-and-tube condensers to re-liquefy the vapours produced during distillation. Macduff was designed as a gravity-fed Scotch whisky distillery, enabling production processes to be organised efficiently whilst reducing environmental impact. ‘The Deveron’ represents a deliberately accessible single malt style, designed to convey high-quality Scottish whisky tradition without unnecessary complexity.


For The Deveron 10 Years Old Single Malt, the distillate is matured for at least ten years in selected oak casks. The long cask maturation combines the whisky’s fruity core character with soft notes of caramel, vanilla and oak, creating a harmonious overall profile. The Deveron 10 Years Old is versatile and can be served neat, on the rocks or as a longer whisky drink with soda or ginger ale.
