Tasting Note

The Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense ruby red colour in the glass. The nose is dominated by aromas of blackcurrants, cherries and plums, accompanied by subtle vanilla and roasted flavours from the oak barrel. Soft, round and balanced on the palate with a medium body, ripe fruit and finely integrated tannins. The finish is pleasantly fruity and slightly spicy.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, pasta with spicy sauces, pizza, mature cheese or savoury stews.
