It goes well with light dishes such as green salad with citrus dressing, grilled vegetables, seafood, salmon tartare, summer rolls or savoury bowls. The fresh citrus note also harmonises perfectly with aperitif snacks, olives, rosemary focaccia, goat's cheese or crostini with herbs.
