Aman Tequila Añejo The Professor is a high-quality premium tequila from Mexico, made from 100 per cent Blue Weber agave. For production, carefully selected agaves are harvested and cooked to extract the sugars from the agave hearts required for subsequent fermentation. Following fermentation and distillation comes the crucial step that defines its Añejo character: the tequila is aged for at least 12 months in oak casks. During this ageing phase, the agave distillate develops additional depth and blends its original character with the influences of the wood. Aman Tequila Añejo is bottled at 40% in a 0.7-litre bottle and comes with a gift box.


As a 100% Puro de Agave Añejo tequila, Aman The Professor is clearly positioned in the premium segment of Mexican agave spirits. The minimum one-year ageing in oak barrels clearly distinguishes it from unaged Blanco tequilas and Reposado tequilas aged for a shorter period, and ensures a more mature, complex overall character. Tasting Note

Colour: Warm amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Intense, with caramel and oak, accompanied by vanilla and subtle hints of dried fruit.

Palate: Creamy and complex with caramel, vanilla and cocoa, complemented by dried fruit, subtle spice and notes of mature oak.

Finish: Long-lasting and warming, with spicy accents and a lingering oak finish.
