Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting Note

Delicate pink colour in the glass. Intense and complex on the nose, elegant, floral and fruity notes of berries such as redcurrants and wild berries. Soft and well-structured on the palate with a balanced acidity. Long-lasting and pleasant on the finish.

Residual sugar: 10 - 12 g/litre.

Acidity: 5 - 6.50 g/litre.

Serving temperature: 4 - 5°C.

Bottega ROSE GOLD Vino Spumante Brut harmonises very well with vegetarian and fish dishes as well as white meat.
