Alexis Cornu, with degrees from France and Germany, has dedicated his life to winemaking, gaining international experience from Bordeaux to Australia. The Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grape varieties are specially harvested at night under the moonlight to ensure optimum conditions for freshness and quality.

Tasting Note

Light pink in the glass. Fresh and elegant with fine aromas of citrus peel and red fruit on the nose. Aromatic, fresh and balanced on the palate with notes of stone fruit, peaches and herbs de Provence. Long and persistent on the finish.

Serving temperature: 7-13°C.
