Der Hannes Reeh Heideboden Cuvée Rot 2021 14 % Vol. 0,75 l ist eine kraftvolle und zugleich elegante Rotwein-Cuvée aus dem Burgenland, die das Potenzial der Region auf beeindruckende Weise widerspiegelt. Zusammengesetzt aus 60 % Zweigelt, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon und 20 % Merlot, vereint er die Fruchtfülle des Zweigelt mit der Struktur des Cabernet Sauvignon und der weichen Eleganz des Merlot. Die Trauben stammen von Schotterböden mit Sandanteil und werden sorgfältig von Hand gelesen.
Die Vinifikation erfolgt mit spontaner Gärung und einer Maischestandzeit von vier Wochen, was für intensive Farbe und Aromen sorgt. Der anschließende Ausbau im Edelstahltank und im Barrique verleiht dem Wein zusätzliche Komplexität und Tiefe. Verschlossen mit Drehverschluss bewahrt er seine Frische und Aromatik optimal. Die Lagerfähigkeit beträgt bis zu 2033, wodurch er sowohl jung als auch gereift ein besonderes Genusserlebnis bietet. Tasting notes:
Im Glas präsentiert sich der Heideboden Cuvée Rot 2021 in einem tiefen Rubinrot. In der Nase dominieren Aromen von dunklen und reifen Beeren, begleitet von einer feinen Würze. Besonders die Rebsorte Zweigelt tritt in Duft und Geschmack deutlich hervor. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich vollmundig, samtig und harmonisch, mit weichen Tanninen, reifer Frucht und einem langen, eleganten Abgang.

Der Hannes Reeh Heideboden Cuvée Rot ist der ideale Begleiter zu kräftigen Fleischgerichten. Er passt hervorragend zu geschmortem Lamm mit Rosmarin-Kartoffeln, gegrilltem Perlhuhn, Rinderbraten oder Wildgerichten. Auch zu gereiftem Hartkäse ist er ein Genuss. Serviertemperatur: 16–18 °C – vor dem Genuss am besten karaffieren, um die volle Aromatik zu entfalten.
