The K+K Kirnbauer Pink Pearls Rosé Frizzante 2024 11.5% vol. 0.75 l is an elegant, sparkling rosé from Burgenland that perfectly combines joie de vivre and lightness. The traditional K+K Kirnbauer winery, known for red wines with a strong character such as "Das Phantom", shows its playful side with this frizzante and presents a rosé that brings summer, enjoyment and a modern lifestyle to the glass.


The cuvée is made from St. Laurent with a fine touch of Blaufränkisch, which gives the wine its seductive pink colour and intense fruity notes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the freshness and varietal character of the wine. The perlage is created by adding CO₂, which gives the wine its lively mousseux. The 2024 vintage was bottled in July and can be stored until 2026. The grapes come from stony, chalky soils in central Burgenland, which provide a clear minerality and freshness.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Pink Pearls Rosé Frizzante is a brilliant, salmon-coloured Pinkster with a sparkling perlage. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and tart cherries, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, playful and lively, with a clear fruit flavour and an animating balance between sweetness and acidity. The finish is fruity, charming and lively.

With its uncomplicated style, Pinkster Pearls Frizzante is the perfect companion for summer parties, picnics, barbecues or relaxed terrace moments. It develops its sparkling freshness best when served at 7 °C.
