Gin Mare is produced in a former 18th-century chapel on Spain’s Costa Dorada – a place that uniquely blends history, culture and craftsmanship. This exceptional production site near the town of Vilanova i la Geltrú not only lends the gin a special atmosphere, but also underscores its commitment to authenticity and quality.

Production takes place in small batches in a specially adapted copper still. Each of the Mediterranean ingredients used – including Arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary, basil and citrus fruits – is macerated and distilled separately before the flavours are blended into a harmonious masterpiece.
