Akori Gin is distilled in small batches in a traditional copper still. The maceration of exotic botanicals creates a harmonious interplay of aromas. Every stage of production is carried out with a focus on purity, clarity and sensory depth.

Although Akori Gin is distilled in Spain, its essence is distinctly Japanese. The spring water used comes from the Catalan mountains, and the ingredients reflect the balance and purity of Asian nature.
