Armagnac Delord – Family-run distilling since 1893

Production & Distillation

Maison Delord cultivates 55 hectares planted with the four traditional Armagnac grape varieties: Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche and Baco. The grapes are vinified separately to preserve their characteristic aromas. Distillation takes place in winter at the estate’s own distillery, using both continuous and double distillation – a rarity in the region. Two traditional stills, including a historic Sier still dating from 1900, are used for this purpose.

Maturation & Diversity

The eaux-de-vie mature in over 1,400 oak barrels in Delord’s historic cellars. Particularly prized vintages, such as the oldest dating from 1900, are stored in the so-called ‘Paradis’. The range includes:

VSOP and XO: Harmonious blends with balanced maturity.
Armagnac Delord: From 1900 to the present day, ideal for collectors and special occasions.
Floc de Gascogne: A traditional aperitif made from sweet wine and Armagnac.
Épopée: A limited-edition cuvée featuring distillates from four generations – an aromatic journey through time.
