This vintage Armagnac pairs superbly with blue cheese, mature Comté, fig jam, dates, roasted nuts or caramel-based desserts such as crème brûlée and chocolate tart. Mild cigars and dark chocolates with a high cocoa content also complement its mature, warm notes perfectly.
