Bayou Rum is produced at the Bayou Rum Distillery in Lacassine, Louisiana. The distillery was founded in 2011 and uses locally sourced sugar cane from the region to produce authentic Louisiana rums. Bayou Rum combines traditional distillation methods with modern techniques to produce unique and aromatic rums.
