Under the supervision of master distiller Wolfgang Thomann, all ingredients are carefully processed and distilled by hand. After distillation, the gin is left to rest in stainless steel tanks to allow its full aroma to develop and achieve a harmonious balance.

Beerenkräfte places great importance on regional sourcing and sustainability. The aronia berries are grown and processed locally, ensuring short transport distances and environmentally friendly production.

The aronia berries used come from sunny south-east Styria, where they ripen under ideal conditions. This region is renowned for its fertile soil and mild climate, which give the berries their distinctive intensity.
