Beerenkräfte Gin Seebär Edition 57.5% vol. 0.5l online kaufen

Beerenkräfte Gin Seebär Edition is an exceptional gin, produced in Styria by master distiller Wolfgang Thomann with the utmost care. Hand-picked aronia berries and a carefully balanced selection of other botanicals are gently distilled to preserve their flavours. After distillation, this robust gin is stored in stainless steel tanks to mature, resulting in a high-quality and well-balanced spirit. The gin is bottled in elegant bottles with a blue label; the Seebär Edition, at 57.5 per cent ABV, has a particularly intense character. Only 180 bottles of this exclusive edition were produced, making it a true collector’s item.

This gin was specially developed as the perfect companion for voyages on the high seas. With its powerful aroma and refreshingly intense fruitiness, this gin is the ideal partner for adventures and remote discoveries.

Tasting Note

Colour: Clear.

Nose: An intense blend of aronia berries, fresh herbs and a subtle hint of juniper, making this gin instantly recognisable from the very first moment.

Palate: Powerful and fruity, with the fresh sweetness of aronia berries, enveloped in herbaceous and spicy notes that culminate in a warm, full-bodied finish.

Finish: Long and smooth, with a robust aftertaste that harmoniously blends the berry-like sweetness and the spice.

Beerenkräfte Gin Seebär Edition is ideal for enjoying neat or as a base for robust gin cocktails. A gin and tonic is particularly recommended, served with fresh berries and a hint of rosemary to perfectly complement the flavours. It pairs particularly well with grilled fish, seafood or spicy dishes, as the gin’s fruity intensity and herbal depth complement these flavours perfectly.
