Tradition meets craftsmanship: the agaves are slowly cooked in stone ovens, distilled twice in copper stills and, depending on the variety, aged in ex-bourbon and cognac casks. The Extra Aged Tequilas are left to rest for up to five years, developing a particularly complex flavour profile.

Jalisco, the heartland of tequila production, offers the perfect growing conditions for the Blue Weber agave used in this tequila, thanks to its mineral-rich soil and ideal climate. The agaves grow here for up to eight years and provide the aromatic foundation of the brand.
