Made from the purest blue Weber agave, which grows in the middle mountains of Jalisco under optimal conditions, this fine drop fulfils the highest production standards. Each batch is distilled using traditional methods and then matured for 7 years in a unique combination of former French cognac and American bourbon barrels. Colour: Deep amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Rich aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, dark chocolate and dried fruit.

Flavour: Full-bodied, velvety and intense - with notes of sweet agave, caramel, honey and a pleasant spiciness from the long barrel ageing.

Finish: Elegant, long-lasting and complex, with nuances of oak, toffee and a fine smoky note.
