J. Bally Rhum has received numerous international awards, including a gold medal at the Caribbean Rum Awards for the "Grande Cuvée du Siècle 100 Ans" [Source]. The brand is regarded as a pioneer in aged Rhum Agricole and is highly regarded by connoisseurs worldwide.

The distinctive pyramid-shaped bottle, designed in the 1930s in collaboration with Saint-Gobain, is a hallmark of J. Bally. It symbolises the brand’s uniqueness and commitment to premium quality.

J. Bally Rhum is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice harvested during the harvest season in January and February. It is distilled in Creole stills, followed by ageing in oak casks, which give the rum its complex flavours. Production takes place in accordance with the strict guidelines of the AOC Martinique, ensuring the highest quality.

J. Bally Rhum is produced in accordance with the AOC Martinique guidelines, which promote sustainable farming methods and traditional production processes. This ensures not only quality but also the preservation of the region’s identity.

J. Bally has its origins in Le Carbet on Martinique. Today, the rum is produced at the Saint James distillery in Sainte-Marie, whilst preserving the traditional methods and character of the original.
