The M&H Whisky Distillery’s range comprises an impressive selection of whiskies and gins, all renowned for their outstanding quality and unique flavour. The M&H Classic Single Malt Whisky is the distillery’s flagship product, a whisky with notes of vanilla, honey and a hint of oak. The distillery also offers limited editions and special bottlings matured in various cask types, including ex-wine casks and exclusive sherry casks.

The M&H Distillery’s gin, known as Levantine Gin, is an exceptional gin that uses local Israeli botanicals such as citrus fruits, hyssop and za’atar. It is fresh, aromatic and perfect for cocktails or enjoying neat. These spirits reflect not only the distillery’s craftsmanship, but also the rich diversity and cultural heritage of Israel.

The M&H Whisky Distillery was founded in Tel Aviv in 2012 and was the first distillery in Israel to specialise in the production of single malt whisky. The founders, a group of whisky enthusiasts, set out to create an Israeli whisky that reflects the country’s flavours and terroir. Under the guidance of Scottish master distiller Dr Jim Swan, a legend in the world of whisky, M&H Whisky Distillery developed its own style and created spirits that have gained international recognition. Today, M&H Whisky Distillery is renowned for its high-quality whiskies and gins, which are appreciated all over the world.

M&H Distillery combines traditional production methods with modern techniques to give its spirits a unique character. The whisky is made from the finest malted barley and distilled in copper stills. It is matured in a variety of casks, including ex-bourbon casks, wine casks and specially prepared Israeli wine casks, which lend the whisky a particular depth and complexity. Israel’s warm climate accelerates the maturation process and ensures rapid and intense flavour development.

The gin from the M&H Distillery is distilled using carefully selected botanicals, which include both traditional ingredients such as juniper and local Israeli plants. This combination gives the gin a fresh, distinctive flavour that captures the essence of Israel. Each batch is produced with the utmost care to ensure the highest quality.

The M&H Classic Single Malt Whisky offers sweet aromas of vanilla and honey on the nose, combined with a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it reveals a smooth yet complex structure with notes of ripe fruit and spices, leading to a long, elegant finish. The Levantine Gin, on the other hand, delights with a fresh, citrus-driven aroma, rounded off by the spice of Israeli botanicals. Both spirits are excellent enjoyed neat, but also shine in cocktails. The whisky is ideal for a classic Old Fashioned, whilst the gin is superb in a refreshing gin and tonic or a Martini.
