Ophyum Rums are aged using the Solera method, in which younger and older distillates are harmoniously blended together. This process gives the rums a distinctive complexity and a well-balanced flavour profile.

Oliver & Oliver places great importance on sustainable production methods and the preservation of traditional production techniques in order to produce rum of the highest quality.

The rum is produced in the Dominican Republic, where it is distilled from molasses and aged in American and French oak casks. The tropical climate of the Caribbean promotes the development of intense flavours during the ageing process.
